As a kid, there was no end to the fun a paper crown and a good imagination could produce. I got the idea for this painting as I was remembering all of the hours my siblings and I spent in our back yard in Canada. Back then imagination could transform the world, we could be anyone. Certainly Kings and Queens of our back gardens.
